This happens through designing and evaluating interventions, and utilizing knowledge about them more strategically.

The Institute of Child Development is a premier center of scholarship, teaching, and outreach devoted to the understanding and fostering of child development. Founded in 1925, the Institute is one of the oldest departments studying children's development in the U.S.

Center for Personalized Prevention in Children’s Mental Health, Institute for Translational Research

The CPPR strives to become a one-of-a-kind national resource for investigators, practitioners, consumers and policy-makers through the application of the most advanced concepts and innovations in precision healthcare. Its mission is to advance children’s mental health with innovative approaches in precision healthcare that inform the development, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of preventive interventions for high risk youth and families.
